With ARTCLIP3D you can determine easily what tool fits the best your 3D models. Go into the 3D module grabbing your 3D model and click the "Test for a tool" tool. Then select the tool you would like to use and change the position between actual 3D, 3D expected with the tool selected, and eventually the variation between both with the last option.
A quick way to make sure you get the right tool, avoiding the toolpath generation and/or the simulation time following.
